On 3rd May, ACOS teamed up with Reuters, the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine and 24.02 to organize combat medical training for 30 journalists in Kyiv.
Reuters, an ACOS signatory, wanted to make the training they provide to their reporting teams in Ukraine available to local journalists and freelancers coveri
ng the conflict. By coordinating with ACOS and our local partners, they were able to organise two workshops for a total of 30 journalists within a matter of days.
All participants received an Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) donated by 24.02 and Kyiv-based photographer Brendan Hoffman.
