Molly leads Communications at ACOS, overseeing its digital platforms, content, marketing and events, and works with the Executive Director to develop communications strategies and partnerships that advance ACOS’ mission and support fundraising. Previously, Molly was Head of Communications at the Rory Peck Trust where she established and grew RPT's digital channels, platforms and global profile, and led the production of the annual Rory Peck Awards. For eight years, she was a producer of documentaries for the BBC, Channel 4 and Sky Arts. As Executive Producer for Channel 4 News' Independents Fund, she co-commissioned over 60 foreign and domestic news reports and investigations from freelancers. Before that, Molly worked as Assistant Editor for Daytime Programmes and as Editorial Coordinator for Channel 4 Television's Current Affairs department, supporting editors and productions for many of its flagship series.

Molly has also worked as a visiting Lecturer for the MA broadcast journalism course at London's City University.
