Molly leads Communications at ACOS, overseeing its digital platforms, content, marketing and events, and works with the Executive Director to develop communications strategies and partnerships that advance ACOS’ mission and support fundraising. Previously Molly was Head of Communications at the Rory Peck Trust where she built and grew RPT's digital channels, platforms and global profile and oversaw production of the annual Rory Peck Awards. For eight years, she was a producer of documentaries for the BBC, Channel 4 and Sky Arts and Executive Producer of Channel 4 News' Independents Fund, where she co-commissioned over 60 foreign and domestic extended news reports and investigations from freelancers. Before that, Molly worked as Assistant Editor for Daytime Programmes and as Editorial Coordinator at Channel 4 Television's Current Affairs department, supporting editors and production for many of its flagship series.

Molly has also worked as a visiting Lecturer for the MA broadcast journalism course at London's City University.
